Terms of service
These cover buying from zeepy.co and using this website. The Zeepy app has its own terms.
If you bought from Amazon, TikTok Shop or a shop, their terms apply to that sale — though our guarantee still covers you.
Who we are
Zeepy Ltd, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB. Company number 15129888. VAT number GB469850636. Email dreamteam@zeepy.co.
Your order
Adding something to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to say it's on its way — that's when the contract starts. If we can't fulfil an order we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds and include VAT. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay. If a price is obviously wrong, we'll contact you before dispatching rather than just charging it.
Delivery
Delivery is free, to UK addresses, and usually takes about 48 hours from dispatch. Full details are in our delivery page. Risk passes to you when the goods reach you.
If we're late, and delivery by a particular date was essential and we knew it, you can treat the contract as at an end and get a full refund.
Cancelling, returning and faults
All in [Returns and refunds]. In short: 30 days to change your mind, 14 days of statutory cancellation rights, and a two-year guarantee if you register.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, and colours can look different on different screens. Zeepy clocks are intended for indoor use by children aged 2–6, and an adult sets them up. They aren't medical devices and they don't treat anything.
Our responsibility
If we fail to meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of that failure. We aren't responsible for loss or damage that wasn't foreseeable.
We don't exclude or limit our responsibility for anything it would be unlawful to exclude — including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
If there's a problem
Email dreamteam@zeepy.co. If we can't sort it between us, you can go to Citizens Advice, or to an ADR provider if you use one.
Using this website
You're welcome here. Read, browse, share links, use the free stories. What we ask is that you don't do anything unlawful with the site, try to break it, scrape it, or use it in a way that stops other people using it.
What's ours. The Zeepy name and logo, Kip, Slumber, the stories, the recordings, the illustrations, the photography and the words on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. Enjoy them at home as much as you like. Please don't copy, republish, re-upload or use them commercially without asking — and if you'd like to ask, email dreamteam@zeepy.co, because the answer is often yes.
What's yours. If you leave a review or send us a photo, you keep it — but you're giving us permission to show it on our site and in our marketing, with your first name. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't and we'll take it down.
Getting things right. We try hard to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise every page is perfect at every moment. Product details, prices and availability can change.
Other people's sites. Where we link somewhere else, we're not responsible for what's on it.
Availability. We don't guarantee the site is always available. Sometimes things break and sometimes we're doing maintenance.
Third-party tools. Some parts of the site use tools built by other companies — reviews, chat, analytics. We don't control them, and we're not responsible for how they work. Their terms apply to them.
Buying from us. You need to be 18 or over to place an order. Children are very welcome to use a Zeepy — an adult just needs to buy it and set it up.
Please don't. Use the site for anything unlawful, upload anything malicious, scrape or crawl it, impersonate anyone, harvest other people's details, or try to get round its security. If you do, we may stop you using it.
Changes. We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one that was live when you placed it — we won't change the deal after you've bought.
If part of this doesn't hold up. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
The legal bits
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes can be brought in the English courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in your own courts.
