Zeepy Ltd is responsible for the personal information we hold about you. We're at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB, company number 15129888, and you can reach us at dreamteam@zeepy.co. We're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, reference [ZA######].

This explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. If anything here isn't clear, email us and ask.

When you buy from us

What we collect: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number if you give it, and what you ordered. We don't see or store your card details — those go to [Shopify Payments / your provider], who handle the payment.

Why: to take your order, deliver it, handle returns, and contact you about it. That's necessary to perform our contract with you.

How long: six years after your order, because that's how long tax and accounting rules require us to keep records of a sale.

When you register a clock

What we collect: your email address. Where you bought your Zeepy and roughly when you got it, if you tell us. Your child's age range, if you choose to give it — we ask for a range rather than a date of birth because a range is all we need.

Why: to register your guarantee and keep a record of it, to send your registration reference and app code, and to help if you ever make a claim. If you've asked for it, we use the age range to decide which sleep advice to send you.

Our lawful basis: performance of the guarantee for the registration record, consent for the advice emails

How long: your registration record for as long as your guarantee runs, plus one year. If you've opted into sleep advice, until you tell us to stop.

When you sign up for emails

What we collect: your email address, and whatever you told us when you signed up.

Why, and our basis: consent. You've asked us to send you something.

How long: until you unsubscribe. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and it never affects your guarantee or your order.

When you visit the website

We use cookies and similar technologies. What they do and how to turn them off is in our cookie policy.

When you leave a review

Reviews are handled by Judge.me, who store your name and review and show them on our site.

Who else sees your information

We use other companies to run parts of Zeepy. They only get what they need, and they can't use it for anything else:

  • Shopify — our shop and website

  • Klaviyo — sends our emails

  • Judge.me — reviews

  • Amazon — delivery

  • Shopify Payments / PayPal / Apple Pay — payments

We don't sell your details and we don't pass them to advertisers.

Children

Zeepy is bought and used by grown-ups. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and where we ask about a child — an age range for sleep advice — we ask the parent and we ask for the least we can get away with.

What you can do

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can withdraw consent at any time. You can ask for a copy of your data in a portable format, and you can object to us using it for certain things.

Email dreamteam@zeepy.co and we'll sort it. We'll respond within a month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or call 0303 123 1113. We'd rather you came to us first, but it's your right either way.

Changes

If we change this, we'll update the date at the top.
