Informativa sui rimborsi
Returns and refunds
The short version. If Zeepy isn't right for your child, send it back within 30 days and we'll refund you. Nothing needs to be wrong with it, and you don't need to explain.
Our 30-day promise
Toddlers are toddlers, and no clock changes that. If you've given it a fair go and it isn't working for your family, tell us within 30 days of your Zeepy arriving and we'll refund what you paid.
It doesn't need to be faulty, and used is fine — we'd rather you actually tried it. We can't refund a clock that's been damaged, and please send the cable back too if you still have it.
To start a return, email dreamteam@zeepy.co with your order number.
If it's unopened, we'll send you a prepaid label. Postage is on us.
If you've had a proper go with it, don't post it back — we'd rather you passed it on to another family who might get on with it better, or took it to a recycling point if it's seen better days. Either way we'll refund you. You don't need to return a used clock to get your money back.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 14 days.
If you bought from Amazon, TikTok Shop or a shop
Your return goes through them, because they took the payment. Most give you 30 days too. If you get stuck, tell us anyway — email dreamteam@zeepy.co and we'll help you sort it.
Your legal right to cancel
Separately from our promise, if you bought from zeepy.co you have a legal right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you're cancelling. You don't have to give a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us, and we'll refund you — including standard delivery costs — within 14 days of receiving them back or of you showing us they're on their way.
To cancel, email dreamteam@zeepy.co, or write to Zeepy Ltd, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB. You can use [our cancellation form] if you'd like to, but you don't have to — any clear statement is fine.
Under this legal right, you pay to send the goods back. In practice you probably won't need to: our own 30-day promise is longer, and we cover the postage under it.
If you've handled the goods more than you'd need to in a shop, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Our 30-day promise is longer and broader than this, so most people won't need it. It's here because you're entitled to know about it.
If something's faulty
That's different again, and it's covered by our [guarantee] and by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email dreamteam@zeepy.co and tell us what's happening — a photo or short video usually helps. A real person answers.
Digital content and the app
The Zeepy app is bought through the App Store, so cancellations and refunds go through Apple. There's [how to cancel] in our app terms.
Anything else
Email dreamteam@zeepy.co. We'd rather hear from you than have you give up on it.
