Four phases. One routine
your child learns to love.

Every night follows the same shape. Your child learns it, and stops asking what comes next.

Settle

Settle

~30 min before bed

Kip's stories help your child slow down as bedtime approaches. The day starts to settle.

Sleep

Sleep

Lights out

Meditations and sleep sounds take over as the room goes dark, helping them drift off without anyone having to stay in the doorway.

Wait

Wait

Too early to wake

If they wake, the colour tells them it is still night. They learn to stay cosy until wake-up time, without needing to be told.

Wake-up time

The light changes and morning content starts. Something worth waiting for, so getting up is its own small reward.

What's inside

A growing library, not a fixed box

Every week, a new story built around a feeling children bring to bedtime. Worries, big changes, difficult days, and everything in between.

Bedtime stories

Original stories with Kip and the Zeepy characters. New ones every week, written for the feeling your child is actually having.

Meditations

Short breathing and body exercises for the nights when a small body won't stay still.

Sleep sounds

Rain, waves, hums and rooms. Long enough to run all night without a loop you can hear.

Songs

Gentle, original songs to round off the wind-down, made to be hummed and remembered.

Getting started

Three minutes to set up

1

Download and set your times

Tell Zeepy when bedtime starts and when morning begins. That's the whole setup.

2

Press play at bedtime

Pick a story from the library, or let Zeepy choose — it knows which phase of the night you're in and plays accordingly.

3

Put the phone down

The routine runs on its own from there. You're not the DJ any more.

Better with the clock

The app handles the audio. The clock sits in the room and shows your child, in colour, where they are in the night. When paired together, that’s bedtime sorted.

Questions

What age is it for?

Built for roughly 2 to 8 year olds — from the first bedtime routines through to children who can read the clock themselves.

Do I need the clock to use the app?

No. The app works on its own. The clock adds the colour signal in the room, which is what helps a child who wakes in the night know whether it's still night.

Is the podcast content the same?

The podcast is a free sample of the stories. The app has the full library, the sleep sounds, the meditations and the four-phase timing, which the podcast can't do.

What happens after the free week?

It becomes £4.99 a month. Cancel any time before the week is up and you won't be charged.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Download what you need over wifi and the routine runs without a connection.

The Zeepy App

Not perfect nights. Just steadier ones.
