Guarantee

Last updated 1 August 2026

1. Who this is from. Zeepy Ltd, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB. Company number 15129888.

2. What's covered, and for how long. If you register your Zeepy clock, we guarantee it against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase, at no cost to you.

This guarantee is something we give you on top of the law. It isn't a substitute for your legal rights, which are set out in clause 8 and last longer than this guarantee does.

3. What we'll do. If your clock develops a covered fault, we'll repair or replace it free of charge, whichever we judge more appropriate. If neither is reasonably possible, we'll refund the purchase price. Replacements are guaranteed for the remainder of the original period, not a new one.

4. Proving your clock is covered. Your registration is the record — we'll have the date and the details, so you won't need a receipt to claim. Quote the registration reference from your confirmation email, and we'll usually ask for a photo or short video so we can see what's happening.

Very occasionally we might ask for something more — if a clock looks a lot older than its registration, or if we're not sure it's one of ours. That's to keep the guarantee working for the people it's meant for. It's rare, and it isn't a reason to hang on to your receipt.

Cover runs for two years from the date of purchase. Where you haven't told us the purchase date, we'll run it from the date you registered.

This guarantee covers whoever has the clock, not only the person who bought it. So if your Zeepy was a gift, you don't need to go back to whoever gave it to you.

5. What isn't covered.

  • Accidental damage, drops, or damage from misuse

  • Water or moisture damage — the clock is for indoor use

  • Normal cosmetic wear

  • Damage caused by using a charger other than a 5V USB supply, or a cable other than the one supplied

  • Any clock that's been opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than us

  • Clocks bought second-hand or from a seller we haven't authorised

On the battery. Rechargeable batteries hold a little less charge as they get older. That's normal, it isn't a fault, and it isn't covered. A battery that stops working, or that fails much sooner than it should, is a different thing — that is covered, and your legal rights aren't affected either way.

6. How to claim. Email dreamteam@zeepy.co with your registration reference and a description of the problem. We'll reply within five working days. If we ask you to return the clock and the fault is confirmed, we'll cover the postage. If no fault is found, we'll return it and ask you to cover the return postage.

7. Where this applies. The United Kingdom.

8. Your legal rights. You have statutory rights in relation to these goods, and this guarantee does not affect them. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Those rights are against the retailer you bought from, and they last longer than this guarantee — up to six years in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and five years in Scotland. Nothing here limits them.

You don't have to come to us first. You can use your legal rights instead of this guarantee, or as well as it, in whatever order suits you. Nothing about this guarantee makes you go through us before going to the shop you bought from.

For free independent advice, contact Citizens Advice.

9. Our 30-day promise is separate. If Zeepy simply isn't right for your child, you can send it back within 30 days of it arriving and we'll refund you — registered or not, and with nothing needing to be wrong with it. See [Returns and refunds].

10. This guarantee stands on its own. It doesn't add to, extend or replace any other guarantee or warranty you were given by the shop you bought from. If they offered you something as well, that's between you and them, and it runs alongside this rather than on top of it.

11. Changes. We may change these terms for future registrations, but the terms that applied when you registered are the ones that apply to you.
