How much. Nothing. Delivery is free on every order.

How long. 2-5 days. We'll email you when it's on its way, with tracking.

Christmas and busy periods. We'll post last-order dates on the site each December. Couriers get slower in the run-up, so order earlier than you think you need to.

If it doesn't turn up. Give it a couple of working days past the estimate — couriers scan things late more often than they lose them — then email dreamteam@zeepy.co with your order number and we'll chase it. Come to us, not the courier: it's our job to sort it, and we'll either send a replacement or refund you.

If it arrives damaged. Photograph the box and the clock before you do anything else, then email us. That's the fastest route to a replacement.
